Sunflowers – Giant Grey Stripped

These are some of the biggest sunflowers around. Plants grow up to 4m in height with heads that can easily reach 30cm across. It’s not just the big plants, but the grey and white seeds are good sized too. Note, there could be a few plants that have multiple flowers on the stalk that paints an amazing picture in your garden. After the beautiful show these flowers put up, the dried seeds can be used as chicken/bird food or dehusk the seeds and enjoy them yourself. Expect a lot of bees as they are attracted to the nectar and pollen the flowers produce. The strain we have kept all these years is specifically selected for only the biggest plants with the biggest heads. We don’t allow other smaller ones to cross with our gene pool. This is all done to ensure you get the biggest and best Sunflower plants we can offer.
