STC-3028 humidity and temperature controller is a solution for use in many projects wherever it is necessary to control humidity and air temperature at the same time, e.g. in warehouses, production halls, drying rooms, greenhouses or museums.
The controller has two LED displays: 1 red where the temperature is displayed and 2 blue where the humidity is displayed.
Above the displays, there are LEDs, which inform about the relay being switched on, and therefore about the operation of the appropriate system.
The thermostat has a heating / cooling option depending on the configuration, as well as a hygrometer with a drying / irrigation function depending on the configuration.
Cooling function – We set the initial temperature (up arrow) higher than the final temperature. If the temperature read by the sensor is greater than or equal to the starting temperature, the relay is energized and the cooling device operates. If the temperature is lower than or equal to the end temperature (down arrow), the relay will cut out and the cooling device will stop working until the temperature has reached the start temperature again.
Heating function – The start temperature (arrow up) must be lower than the end temperature – then the heating device will switch on. If the measured temperature reaches the temperature equal to or higher than the set temperature (down arrow), the heating device will turn off.

Error descriptions:
Sensor Error:
The controller activates the sensor alarm when its circuit is open or shorted. The controller stops working and signals the error with the message “LLL” on the displays – the module does not have a buzzer. When the fault is removed, the controller will switch to the normal operation mode.
Temperature / humidity out of range:
When the temperature / humidity exceeds the measured values, the controller stops working and signals the error with the message “HHH” or “LLL” on the display. When the temperature is within the permissible measurement range, the controller will return to its normal operating mode.
