Tomatoes – Mar Azul

One of the most beautiful tomatoes in the world! “Mar Azul” means Blue Sea in Spanish and this tomato has some serious amounts of “Blue” to it. Medium size flattened and slightly ribbed fruit that will vary in colour depending on the amount of direct sunlight they receive. Some will turn almost black, while others will showcase more pink and blue colours. All of them are uniquely coloured and you’ll struggle to find two of them with the exact colour. They are slightly later producing, but they make up for that slight delay with vast amounts of fruit. Good classic tomato flavour, no unusual unknown flavours, just a pleasant umami taste that most will enjoy. Tall growing plants will need some support to keep them off the ground. Not easy to find these seeds, so Im happy to bring them to you!
