Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. We endeavor to fulfill orders received before 1 pm on the same day as the order is placed, Monday – Friday.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Remote areas can take longer.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, however you should be notified of any exceptions while your parcel is in transit. If you encounter an “exception” while our courier attempts to deliver, please reach out to the courier we used to ship your order, quoting your waybill number.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Grow Folk ships daily to all physical addresses by courier within South Africa. We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or make use of the Post Office.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Grow Folk is not liable for any products damaged or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of South Africa. We suggest shipping items to an address nearest the border for collection.
